Position:At NHOA Energy Australia, we are shaping the future of clean energy through advanced Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) that enable a more reliable and sustainable grid.
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Australian team, driving the successful execution of large-scale renewable and storage projects from contract to completion.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery — from contract execution to final handover.
- Act as the primary client interface, ensuring smooth communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and schedules in line with company objectives.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural project teams across engineering, procurement, and construction.
- Support tendering activities, advising on delivery strategies and schedules.
- Manage contract requirements, risks, and change control processes.
- Collaborate with HSE and Site teams to maintain compliance and safety excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and project close-out activities.
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- 3–5 years' experience in project management within the energy or infrastructure sector.
- Proven experience managing EPC or large-scale industrial projects.
- Strong leadership skills in multidisciplinary team coordination.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of EPC project delivery, cost and schedule control, and risk management.
- Understanding of Australian grid codes, HSE regulations, and construction laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Excellent reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP (Project Management Professional), Knowledge of Australian electricity market structures and grid code compliance, and familiarity with building permit processes will be considered a plus.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in complex environments.
Candidates must have valid Australian working rights (citizenship or permanent residency).
