We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Australian team, driving the successful execution of large-scale renewable and storage projects from contract to completion.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery — from contract execution to final handover.
• Act as the primary client interface, ensuring smooth communication and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and schedules in line with company objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural project teams across engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Support tendering activities, advising on delivery strategies and schedules.
• Manage contract requirements, risks, and change control processes.
• Collaborate with HSE and Site teams to maintain compliance and safety excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and project close-out activities.

What You Bring

Education & Experience

• 3–5 years' experience in project management within the energy or infrastructure sector.
• Proven experience managing EPC or large-scale industrial projects.
• Strong leadership skills in multidisciplinary team coordination.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of EPC project delivery, cost and schedule control, and risk management.
• Understanding of Australian grid codes, HSE regulations, and construction laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
• Excellent reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP (Project Management Professional), Knowledge of Australian electricity market structures and grid code compliance, and familiarity with building permit processes will be considered a plus.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in complex environments.

Candidates must have valid Australian working rights (citizenship or permanent residency).
