Enoteca Lounge & Cucina is seeking an experienced Kitchen All Rounder to join our team. We're a busy, high-quality restaurant in Adelaide's East End, known for premium produce, strong systems, and a professional, respectful kitchen environment. Service is fast and organised, and the team communicates well to keep everything running smoothly.

This role covers grill, pasta, larder, and pass. You won't be rotated through every section each shift, but you do need the ability to work across all of them. You'll mainly be placed where your strengths are best suited, with the flexibility to step into other sections when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work across grill, pasta, larder, and pass as needed
  • Prepare and cook meats, seafood, pasta, and vegetables to a consistent standard
  • Maintain quality and pace during busy services
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Communicate clearly with the team throughout service
  • Keep your section clean, organised, and ready for service

About You

  • Experience across multiple kitchen sections in a busy restaurant
  • Willingness to learn new skills in different settings
  • Strong technical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work efficiently and cleanly under pressure
  • Reliable, professional, and respectful
  • Available for evenings and weekends
