Regional Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Manager to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple locations.

  • Monitor and drive sales performance, ensuring stores meet targets through regular reviews and team interaction.
  • Floor management: ensure showrooms have optimal inventory levels, tailored to store history and sales data, using relevant reporting for strategic decisions.
  • Ensure stock integrity by implementing processes to minimize shrinkage and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Performance management: set clear KPIs, coach store managers, and address performance gaps effectively.
  • Attract, recruit, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of engagement and excellence.
  • Develop and implement training programs to elevate team performance and ensure ongoing professional growth.
  • Analyse sales, financial, and operational reports to make informed decisions and implement action plans.
  • Manage escalated customer complaints in accordance with business needs.
  • Interstate travel: provide hands-on support and build strong relationships with store teams.
  • Maintain Workplace Health and Safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers.
  • Effectively manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.

This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Regional Manager or equivalent role in the retail sector.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • A solid understanding of retail operations, product merchandising, and sales optimization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in interpreting financial reports and operational data.
  • Willingness to travel interstate regularly.
  • Knowledge of WHS regulations and commitment to compliance.
