About the Role

CMV Farms 'Keith's Grove' Lindsay Point are looking for casual Orchard Operators to assist with with hands-on tasks associated with this fully developed almond orchard. The successful applicant would ideally be available to work some weekends and shift work when required throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tractor operation and general machinery maintenance
  • Irrigation maintenance
  • Orchard maintenance and field work
  • Land/soil preparation, spraying of fertilizer and pesticide solutions
  • Orchard development work

Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in farm machinery operation, including tractor experience
  • Certified in the use of chemicals preferred
  • Team player and willingness to learn new skills
  • Safety-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • Drivers Licence essential
  • Must have fulltime Australian work rights
