Maintenance Site Technician / Supervisor –

We're on the lookout for a qualified Cabinet Maker to join our team as our On-site Maintenance Technician/Supervisor.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients, direct builders and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Set clear project goals and oversee project to completion
  • Take site measurements and assess project requirements
  • Perform minor maintenance and adjustments onsite, as needed
  • Conduct inspections to ensure quality assurance standards are met
  • Identify opportunities to improve project handling and efficiency
  • Install fitted cabinets and components
  • Select and apply hardware
  • Ensure work is completed to specifications and plans to company quality standards
  • Make and collect measurements and calculations.
  • Complete maintenance jobs on-site when instructed.
  • Monitor maintenance and installation works.
  • Schedule rework at your discretion for incomplete jobs.
  • Read and interpret work documents

To be successful:

  • Proven cabinet making experience, with matching skills and qualifications.
  • Reliable, takes pride in workmanship, and communicates confidently with building supervisors.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Keen to get involved in a range of projects
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
