We are pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated German Teacher to join our Modern Languages Department on a full-time, 12-month contract, commencing Term 2, 2026, teaching Year 7 through to HSC-level students. What We Are Looking For
- We are seeking an engaging and passionate educator with the ability to inspire students in their German language learning. To be successful, you will:
- Hold NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA) approved teaching qualifications and accreditation.
- Have experience teaching German, ideally including Stage 6 German (Continuers). Experience with German Extension is desirable but not essential.
- Possess strong knowledge of pedagogy, curriculum, and assessment, and the ability to differentiate effectively to support diverse learners.
- Be collaborative, flexible, and innovative, with a willingness to embrace new methods and technologies in the classroom.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents
- Uphold the School's Christian values and actively contribute to the School's co-curricular program.
