Precious Cargo Marion is searching for an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our extraordinary team on a part-time basis for 3 days a week.

Our amazing, free-flowing & natural outdoor space which is ideal for child play and collaboration. With a kitchen cooking platform and large music room, our centre also has everything a child needs to develop their sensorial and practical skills. We even have Centre pets

Precious Cargo has formed very strong connections with local businesses and organisations as part of our Community Links program., including: Paint the Westside REaD, Salvation Army, Via Dance, Little Tennis Stars, and local libraries. Come and join us in our next adventure.

The Opportunity:

Develop and execute captivating programs tailored to each child's unique interests and needs.

Foster a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels valued, safe, and empowered to explore.

Maintain open channels of communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns with care.

Collaborate seamlessly with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive learning community.

Continuously assess children's development, adjusting teaching strategies based on their evolving needs.

You:

Hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification.

Bring expertise in EYLF, NQF, and Child Safety to the table.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of child development and effective teaching methods.

Shine in communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with children, families, and colleagues.

Have a proven track record of creating vibrant, engaging learning environments.

Show unwavering passion for igniting a lifelong love of learning in young minds.
