FARMWORKSHOP OVERSEER

Key Position Elements:
  • Family-owned farming company - halfway between Goondiwindi & Moree.
  • 12,500 hectares of rotational dryland cereal cropping.
  • Key leadership position ultimately providing responsibility for the mechanical servicing schedules and maintenance of light to heavy agricultural plant and equipment.
  • Sufficient, essential subordinate on farm staff support.
  • Modern fleet of farming machinery consisting of CAT Challenger tractors, Agrifac self-propelled spray rig, Hayes Weedit boomspray and new Class Lexion 780 combines to name a few implements.
Selection Criteria:
  • To present with a transferrable mechanical and maintenance skill set.
  • To be capable of maintaining an efficient servicing schedule and multi-tasking across to unplanned maintenance.
  • To be willing and able to undertake machinery operating for the cropping operation if and when required.
