Position Details:

• Job Title: Group Trainer – Underground Charge Up
• Location: KCGM Operations
• Employment Type: Permanent Full Time, 7/7 12hr shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training and assessment in the use of Orica IKON charging systems for large-scale production firings.
• Coach and mentor personnel in safe and efficient charging practices, inventory management, centralised firing systems, and independent firing practices.
• Help develop and update training materials and safe work procedures.
• Support operational and training requirements across NSMS sites, working flexible rosters as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current "C" Class Western Australian Drivers Licence.
• Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC).
• WA Shotfirer's Licence.
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment - TAE40122 or equivalent (preferred, but not essential) We will put you through this qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years' charge-up experience. (Essential)
• Demonstrated experience in safe, efficient charging practices across both production and development.
• Experience with Orica IKON charging systems for large-scale production firings.
