Dangerfield is reopening in a brand-new location this September – and we're building our dream team
The original cult classic, born in Melbourne in 1986, Dangerfield is an alternative fashion brand influenced by youth culture – blending vintage vibes with modern style. We're known for our bold prints, unique attitude, and loyal community.
We're thrilled to be returning to Chadstone Shopping Centre in a brand-new space, and we're on the hunt for legends to join us as we relaunch.
WE'RE HIRING FOR A 2IC (Second in Charge)
Monday to Friday – 38 hours per week (including 2 late nights)
This is your chance to step into a leadership role and help shape the future of our Chadstone store. As 2IC, you'll be the go-to support for the Store Manager, keeping daily operations running smoothly while driving sales and team performance. You'll lead by example in styling and customer service, bring energy to the floor, and help build a culture that's fun, dynamic, and all about the Dangerfield spirit.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience (fashion retail highly regarded)
- A strong sales driver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A natural communicator who can motivate and inspire a team
- Organised, reliable, and confident in handling store operations
- Passionate about style, self-expression, and the Dangerfield brand
