About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to oversee and deliver high-end residential development projects across Sydney. This role requires a solid trade background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive projects from structure to high-quality finishes.

You will be responsible for coordinating all on-site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supervising and directing trades and subcontractors on-site
  • Coordinating daily site operations, resources, and scheduling
  • Reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Ensuring site safety, compliance, and quality control
  • Troubleshooting and resolving design and construction issues
  • Communicating with project managers, consultants, and clients to provide updates
  • Reporting on site progress, productivity, and any incidents
What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years of experience in residential construction
  • Strong trade background (carpentry or similar preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead teams effectively
  • Solid technical knowledge of building methods, codes, and standards
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and attention to detail
