The Opportunity:

Whether you're just starting out and eager to learn, or already bring some industry knowledge, you'll have the chance to build your skills and grow with the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Counter sales: Serve customers at the counter, via phone and email
• Customer service: Respond to customer enquiries, process orders, prepare quotes and build long-term relationships
• Versatile duties: Pack orders, restock shelves, and assist with general warehouse tasks
• Further Growth: Step into a role with clear development pathways and opportunities for growth in other areas of the business including external sales

About You:

• Experience: Ideally, you will have previous customer service or sales experience (electrical or trade wholesale knowledge is a bonus, but not essential)
• Team Player: You are easygoing, enjoy working in a close-knit team, and thrive in a collaborative environment
• Proactive & Positive: You take initiative, bring a strong work ethic, and approach challenges with a can-do attitude
• License: Current driver's license (P's are fine)
• Work Rights: You have full Australian working rights
