We are on a strategic growth trajectory and are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to help be the architect of our future success in the corporate travel sector.

About the Role:

Reporting directly to the General Manager Corporate and the Group CEO, you will be the face of Anywhere Travel's corporate division. Your mission is to identify, engage, and win new corporate accounts, significantly contributing to our growth targets. This is a pivotal role with a high degree of autonomy, where your results will be directly visible and highly rewarded.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to expand our corporate client base across Australia and potentially New Zealand.

· Building and managing a robust sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.

· Crafting compelling proposals and responding to complex tenders (RFPs/RFIs).

· Representing Anywhere Travel at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.

· Collaborating with our expert operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

What We're Looking For:

· A proven hunter with a successful track record in B2B sales, ideally within the corporate travel management (TMC) industry.

· A natural networker with an existing book of contacts or the ability to build one from the ground up.

· Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Strategic thinking with the ability to understand a client's needs and create tailored travel solutions.

· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about the travel industry.

· Experience with HubSpot CRM system and a great advantage to have working knowledge of Amadeus GDS & Tramada.
