Adams Pest Control, part of the Orkin Australia family of brands has been operating for over 75 years, providing specialised pest management services for commercial and residential clients.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our customer service team in South Melbourne. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Allocating & scheduling service jobs for field technicians

  • Data entry and inputting of service/sales information

  • Inbound and outbound calls

  • Customer support

  • Ongoing training and career development

To be successful, you must have have a passion for customer service delivery in addition to:

  • Experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality environment;

  • Scheduling experience in a service industry (preferred but not essential);

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills;

  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment;

  • Strong computer and accurate data entry skills; and

  • An ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

The successful candidate must be able to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol testing and criminal history checks.
