Job Description

  • Own the technical configuration and architecture of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including setup, user management, and platform governance.
  • Design and implement complex multi channel journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
  • Build and maintain data integrations between SFMC and external systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, data lakes, APIs, CDPs) using SSJS, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL tools.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and manage defect resolution across environments.
  • Collaborate with marketing, data, and engineering teams to ensure platform scalability, security, and compliance.
  • Support DevOps practices including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management for SFMC assets and configurations.
  • Contribute to platform roadmap, capability uplift, and documentation of technical standards and best practices.
