Your Responsibilities:

As Lead Educator / Responsible Person:

  • Lead the team in delivering a high-quality educational program that fosters children's learning and development.
  • Ensure children's health, safety, and wellbeing at all times.
  • Act as the key point of accountability for the centre.

As Educational Leader:

  • Guide curriculum planning and implement best-practice early childhood education strategies.
  • Mentor and support educators to continually improve skills and knowledge.
  • Drive innovation and quality improvement across programs.

As Administrator:

  • Oversee daily operational and administrative tasks for smooth centre functioning.
  • Manage documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support staff and families with effective communication and organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
  • Engage in joyful, educational activities to inspire a love of learning.

Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or actively pursuing).
  • Current Queensland Blue Card.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a sense of humour.
  • Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and nutrition for children.
