You'll work closely with the FCC Policy and Framework team, Assurance team, and internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate financial crime risks, ensuring our compliance practices remain robust and forward-thinking.

Your work will help shape policies, monitor adherence, and support training initiatives that raise awareness and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. As Advisor – FCC Risk Assessments, you'll:

You're confident conducting AML/CTF risk assessments, navigating regulatory change, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders and regulators alike.

Analytical by nature, you quickly identify issues and offer practical, business-focused solutions. You're collaborative, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your insights make a real impact.

Additionally, you're also committed to upholding BOQ Group's values—showing integrity in your work, courage in your decision-making, and care in how you support others and contribute to a stronger, safer organisation.
