About the Role
- Dealer Network Manager - a new role due to company growth.
- This role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
- Lead and grow a network of authorised dealers in the assistive technology and wheelchair sector, driving commercial success and clinical excellence.

Key Duties
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners - resellers and distributors for Wheelchairs and Assistive Technology across Australia. Become the primary POC.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers in strategic markets.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and set performance standards.
- Deliver and coordinate clinical and product training to dealer partners
- Monitor performance, provide coaching, and enable sales growth.
- Align dealer activity with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Partner with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years in dealer distribution/account management
- Experience in rehabilitation equipment preferred, or similar medical devices also considered
- Experience with clinical sales environments
- Proven success in building and scaling dealer networks.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
- Willingness to travel domestically.
