This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

Job Description
Montu is on a mission to transform healthcare access and we're looking for a Lead Product Manager to take ownership of a critical domain powering Montu's B2B operations. This is a commercially focused area of the business, and as such we need someone who can combine sharp product instincts with strong leadership skills to scale it to the next level.

You'll work with the Head of Product & Experience among other stakeholders to set the vision, strategy, and roadmap while guiding initiatives end-to-end - from discovery through delivery - making sure they hit both business goals and customer needs. You'll also step into a leadership role with two direct reports from day one, with strong potential to grow the team over the next 12 months.

Some Of What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key domain.
  • Translate market research, customer insights, and sales feedback into commercial product opportunities.
  • Lead discovery work in partnership with product designers - from problem framing to prototyping and testing solutions.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, sales, and delivery to launch and iterate products.
  • Champion user experience, ensuring usability, efficiency, and customer impact are at the core.
  • Measure product performance, validate hypotheses, and continuously refine.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, influence priorities, and ensure alignment with Montu's strategic goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a small but expanding product team within your domain.

Qualifications
What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in digital product management at a senior or lead level.
  • A track record of driving results in B2B, logistics, or commercial domains.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to partner with sales teams.
  • Leadership experience, with the confidence to coach and scale a growing team.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Skilled at discovery and stakeholder engagement.
  • Passion for building products that deliver tangible impact.
