About the company:

Moggy's Group started with Moggy's Developments in 2013, building award-winning homes and has grown every year since then. Director James Mogford added Ocean Reef Pools to the portfolio in 2017 followed by Endurance Sheds in 2018.

In 2021, Easyloc Aluminium and Powder Coating was purchased to complement the group and Moggy's Transport was created out of a need to control our own freight.

In 2022 Moggy's Group moved into a new purpose-built premise in Centurion Drive, Paget, which is managed by Moggy's Commercial Investments (MCI) and features a new Pool Display Centre. In 2023 we added Transportable Shade Sheds to our group and Marchant Signs and Engraving came on board in 2024.

Yet it is our people that make the real difference. We promote from within and have a great company culture and an active social calendar. We have high staff retention rates— some of our employees have been with us since the start—and we look after them.

About the role:

Ocean Reef Pools Mackay & Whitsundays is looking for hard-working skilled labourers / pool installers to be part of our growing and diverse company.

We understand that you may not have specific experience in this field but we will offer training, development and support.
