Who we are looking for

We are looking for committed and highly motivated individuals to join our dedicated team of hospitality professionals at the Caloundra Powerboat Club. The right candidate for the role will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer support. You will have a positive, can-do approach and a willingness to contribute to our vibrant, incredible team.

Responsibility of Reception Attendant is to warmly welcome and assist members and guests, managing inquiries and ensuring compliance with regulations, maintain records, process new memberships, deliver excellent telephone service, and provide information about services and entry requirements. Additionally, they support the efficient operation of courtesy transport and guest amenities.

Pre-requisites:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (RSA)
  • Certificate III in Hospitality Operations or equivalent experience
  • 1 – 2 years experience in Reception/Concierge in the Hospitality Industry
  • Have good availability across 7 days (weekends & Public Holidays)
