About the Graduate Program

Our Graduate Program is designed to give you hands-on experience across AAM's business operations and corporate functions, helping you build a strong foundation for a career in agribusiness and investment management.

Over the course of the program, you'll complete rotations (12 weeks) across our assets, starting in our Brisbane Head Office, gaining exposure to:

  • Operational Excellence – understand how our timber, poultry, and livestock businesses operate day-to-day

  • Sustainability & Innovation – contribute to projects that enhance our environmental, social, and governance outcomes

  • Business & Investment Management – learn how we identify opportunities, manage assets, and deliver results for stakeholders

Each rotation will be tailored to your skills and career aspirations, with opportunities to take ownership of real-world projects that deliver measurable impact.

About you

To be considered for AAM's Graduate Program 2026, you must have completed either a bachelor's degree or diploma before the February 2026 program start date or have a minimum of two years' relevant work experience. You will also be willing to relocate for rotations in regional areas.
