What You'll Be Doing:

Sales & Customer Service

  • Help customers find the right tools and gear with confidence and product knowledge
  • Provide top-notch service and advice
  • Process sales accurately and follow up on orders and payments
  • Support in-store merchandising and stock presentation

Online Pick-Pack & Warehouse Ops

  • Pick and pack online and commercial orders with precision and care
  • Coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules
  • Receive, unpack, and prepare stock for sale or display
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse space

  • You've got trade experience (bonus points, but not essential) and a passion for tools and gear.
  • You enjoy a good yarn with customers and take pride in helping them get the job done right.
  • You're reliable, a team player, and open to working some weekends.
  • You bring a great attitude and energy to the floor every day.
