Located in Wodonga, Vitasoy has been developing and making plant milk and yoghurt at our Wodonga facility for the past 20 years. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a permanent full time Finance Analyst to join our Sales team based in Melbourne.

The Finance Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the business by providing accurate, timely administration of pricing and rebate related data and information for key stakeholders and customers. This role is integral in adding value through improved accuracy and governance of pricing and trade spend.

Key responsibilities include:

·       Partnering Commercial and Sales to ensure correct execution of pricing to customers

including new business, promotional pricing, new product launches

·       Partner with Sales and Distributor teams to determine Distributor Margin Support

Rebates

·       Ensure Distributor Rebate Agreements include all relevant details to ensure accurate payment of fees and margin support

·       Maintenance of pricing registers and commercial arrangements

·       Analyse market trends, consumer habits, marketing strategies and portfolio/customer profitability

·       Deliver informed decisions about the appropriate price points for various products based on the analysis of internal and external data

Knowledge and Skills:

·       Bachelor qualification or equivalent in a business or analytical discipline

·       CA/CPA qualified or working towards (preferred but not mandatory)

·       Knowledge of SAP Business One, or experience with other ERP software systems

·       A sound understanding of basic accounting principles

·       Continuous improvement mindset

·       Ability to partner non-finance stakeholders and communicate financial information succinctly

·       Possess a positive can-do attitude

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), with advanced Excel skills required
