A Federal Government organisation is seeking a skilled and proactive Senior ICT Warehouse Manager to lead logistics operations and support critical ICT asset management functions. This department plays a vital role in delivering services and infrastructure across Australia.

Your new role

In this 12-month contract role (with a 12-month extension option), you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the ICT warehouse, including hardware imaging, dispatch, and returns. You will supervise support staff, manage urgent logistics requests, and ensure compliance with government asset tracking policies. Based in Canberra, ACT, this role requires a Baseline Security Clearance and offers the opportunity to contribute to high-priority ministerial and remote office support.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will bring:
  • Proven experience in ICT warehouse operations, including imaging and logistics coordination.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow, including asset workflows, dashboards, and incident resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stock control, urgent dispatches, and equipment returns.
  • Experience supervising technical staff and collaborating with internal teams such as Procurement, VIP, and Security.
  • Familiarity with shipping portals and consignment tracking/reporting.
