Mylestones is passionate about finding employment for people with

disabilities and barriers so they can seize new opportunities to become

more independent, earn an income, and gain valuable life skills for the future.

We are awaiting the results of the New Specialist Disability Employment Program (NSDEP) tender, which can potentially create a range of new employment opportunities across our QLD Offices.

We are looking to fill the below positions across our Mylestones Employment Offices:

• Marketing Officer - undertake marketing, employer engagement, and individualised client engagement activities with the goal of placing people with disability into sustainable long-term employment.
• Intake Officer - Coordinate and complete all participant intakes within designated Employment Service Areas with the aim of

providing people with disabilities a pathway to open employment
- Support Officer - undertake individualised client engagement activities to support people with disability to maintain sustainable long-term employment, including on the job support where required and in consultation with clients and employers
- Client Coordinator - oversee a team of employment services staff to assist clients journey from intake to employment/program exit, supporting staff to perform individualised employment preparation, job search, marketing, and placement of people with disability into sustainable long term employment.

What would I need to be considered?

• Adaptability: The ability to thrive in dynamic environments and work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, employers, and colleagues.
• Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

You will require a valid C class driving license. You will also need a blue card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to start (we can help).
