We're looking for experienced Youth Workers for casual agency shifts across the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas. Work with one of H1 Healthcare's key national clients and enjoy the flexibility of AM, PM, Night, and Sleepover shifts available immediately.

Role Overview:

  • Provide mental health and behavioural support to youth in various settings
  • Offer one-on-one and group support to help young people overcome challenges
  • Assist with behavioral management, emotional support, and crisis intervention
  • Create a positive, inclusive environment for youth to thrive
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure the well-being of youth
  • Engage in recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • A Diploma in Community Services, or Youth Work
  • Strong communication and de-escalation skills
  • Experience working with youth in challenging situations
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and families

  • Mandatory documentation:

  • WWCC

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • National Police Check (within 12 months)
  • First Aid & CPR
  • COVID-19 vaccination status
  • Driver's license (preferred but not essential)
