About Us:

Atom Resources are currently working with a leading joinery and fit-out company based in Sydney, Specialising in high-end residential, commercial, and retail projects. With a reputation for quality craftsmanship and reliable service, they expanding their installation team and are looking for skilled Joinery Site Installers to join us on a full-time basis.


The Role:

As a Joinery Site Installer, you'll be responsible for installing custom joinery on-site according to plans and specifications. You'll work closely with our project managers and workshop team to ensure smooth delivery and top-quality finishes on every job.


Key Responsibilities:

  • On-site installation of joinery including kitchens, wardrobes, vanities, wall panelling, and custom furniture
  • Reading and interpreting detailed joinery drawings and plans
  • Liaising with site supervisors, builders, and other trades
  • Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines
  • Handling tools and equipment safely and responsibly
  • Performing quality checks and minor adjustments/fixes on-site

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in joinery installation or cabinet making
  • Trade qualification in shopfitting/joinery/cabinet making (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • White Card (construction induction card)
  • Own tools and reliable transport
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude
