About the Role

As a Room Leader at The Grove Academy, you'll take on a leadership role in creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment for children and educators. You'll guide and mentor your team, ensuring exceptional care and education for every child.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery of innovative, fun and milestone aligned programs
• Mentoring and supporting educators in their professional growth
• Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Observing, documenting, and supporting children's development

Skills & Experience

We're looking for a leader who is passionate about shaping a positive learning environment. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Proven experience leading a room and mentoring educators
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and child development
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and love for creating memorable experiences
