Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. We're looking for someone that is driven and experienced to take full ownership of commercial office fitout projects from concept through to completion. You will be instrumental to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Ultimately, you will work closely with clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure that every project meets the expectations of all stakeholders

What You'll Do:
- Lead commercial fitout projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Manage programs, budgets, contracts, and change orders.
- Oversee safety, quality, and compliance at every stage.
- Control all project documentation and reporting workflows.
- Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years' project management experience in commercial fitout/construction.
- Proven ability to manage program, budget, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong contract administration skills and leadership experience.
- Proficiency in
Procore
,
SharePoint
, and project delivery platforms. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
