Project Manager – Salesforce Programs | Perth | 12-Month Contract

Our client is seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead complex, large-scale
Salesforce programs
across onshore and offshore delivery teams. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep Salesforce delivery experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to drive results within fast-paced enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end
    Salesforce program delivery
    , ensuring alignment with client objectives, contractual obligations, and business outcomes.
  • Oversee
    service delivery and operational excellence
    , driving quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams through effective communication, collaboration, and performance oversight.
  • Develop and maintain detailed
    project plans, financial forecasts, and delivery reports
    , tracking progress against KPIs and budgets.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, providing clear, transparent updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Support change management and resource planning in a dynamic environment, adapting delivery models to evolving client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, audit processes, and governance frameworks.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 10–12 years' experience
    in
    senior project or program management
    , ideally within Salesforce environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing
    large, complex enterprise programs
    across onshore/offshore models.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud
    , and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Expertise in
    stakeholder engagement, financial tracking, and resource management
    .
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Certifications
    in
    PMP, SAFe Agile, or equivalent
    preferred.
  • Background in
    financial services, public sector, or large digital transformation programs
    advantageous.
