We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join the team at Snowy River Bundaberg, Queensland. As a sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers throughout the sales process. What you'll be doing

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements
  • Demonstrate and showcase the features and benefits of our products to customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
  • Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to final purchase
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience and sales processes

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the retail or customer service industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries and objections
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with the sales industry and the ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience
