Who Are KRSP
Kimberley Regional Service Providers (KRSP) delivers vital maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements to essential power, water, and wastewater infrastructure, enhancing the quality of life for Indigenous communities across remote areas of the Kimberley region in Western Australia.
Operating from its Broome headquarters and workshop, KRSP is known for its innovative approach, dependability, high-quality workmanship, and professional service.
About The Role
We're looking for a skilled and driven Service Electrician to become a part of our team.
Reporting to the Electrical Supervisor, you'll play a key role within KRSP's operations, helping us thrive by maintaining the dependable operation of vital infrastructure. Your work will involve both routine preventative maintenance and responding to unexpected breakdowns affecting crucial systems. These systems include power generation and distribution, as well as potable water assets like bore fields, ground and elevated water storage, pumping stations, filtration and treatment facilities, disinfection processes, and wastewater infrastructure.
This is a fantastic chance to join a committed team and make a real difference in the daily lives of the communities KRSP services.

- Perform electrical repairs and maintenance on power stations, water and wastewater treatment facilities, and related infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures
- Identify and report necessary preventative maintenance and any non-compliance issues
- Accurately complete all required electronic and paper documentation
Location
This position involves a drive-in/drive-out roster from Broome to remote Kimberley communities. Kimberley residents are strongly encouraged to apply, as are those willing to relocate to the region. Fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) options are available for applicants residing outside the Kimberley.
Our typical roster involves 18 days on followed by 12 days off. Given the nature and location of our work, we need candidates who are flexible with these roster cycles.
