We're looking for an analytical and curious team member to join our Supply Chain team as a Transport Analyst.
In this role, you'll help keep our products moving efficiently from our Distribution Centres to stores across Australia and New Zealand, while supporting a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement

What you'll be doing

As a Transport Analyst working for Kmart Group you will:

Monitor daily transport performance across multiple third-party logistics providersAnalyse data and provide insights that support decision-making and improve service deliveryPrepare and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and ExcelSupport the implementation of transport initiatives that improve safety, efficiency, and costWork closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with service standardsHelp identify risks, trends, and opportunities to continuously improve our outbound transport network

To be successful in this role you'll have:

Has 1–3 years' experience in data analysis , ideally within transport, logistics or supply chainHas strong skills in Excel and Power BIIs organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesEnjoys problem-solving and translating data into actionable insightsCommunicates clearly and collaborates effectively with othersBrings curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn and grow
