Goal Indigenous Services are seeking a HR Driver in Darwin.

This role offers a consistent schedule and the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a flatbed truck to collect and deliver loads to designated recycling and disposal facilities
  • Perform daily pre-start inspections and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment
  • Ensure safe loading/unloading of materials
  • Interact with clients professionally while maintaining a strong safety-first approach

What You'll Need

  • Unrestricted HR licence – minimum requirement
  • Strong work ethic with a commitment to reliability and punctuality
  • Excellent safety awareness and adherence to WH&S policies
  • Self-motivation and basic mechanical aptitude
  • Good communication and customer service skills

Pre-employment Requirements

  • Both doses of COVID-19 vaccination
  • Driver History Report
  • Ability to complete pre-employment medicals and induction
