About the Opportunity

The Salesforce Developer delivers scalable, maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on Education Cloud. The role combines declarative and programmatic development to build custom components, APIs, and flows aligned with business needs and platform standards. They also provide technical leadership, support continuous improvement of development practices, and ensure solutions align with strategic goals through close collaboration with cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure custom components, APIs, and flows using both declarative and programmatic tools.
• Design and implement solutions that align with business needs and Salesforce best practices.
• Manage deployment pipelines and ensure smooth integration across systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement in development tools, methods, and practices.

About you

• Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Education Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integration.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation preferred.

Candidates must have full unrestricted Australian work rights and may be subject to a National criminal history check.

This is a continuing opportunity based at Brisbane South (Nathan).  As Griffith is a multi-site University you may be required to work across other locations.

HEW 9 Salary - $132, $137, % super. Full package range - $155, $160,756.38.
