As a Disability Occupational Therapist, you will make a tangible difference in the lives of people living with disability by delivering tailored, evidence-based supports that build independence, enable choice, and foster inclusion. This role focuses on working with participants of all ages to assess functional capacity, prescribe assistive technology, design home modifications, and develop practical strategies that improve daily living skills and participation in the community. Every assessment and intervention is centred on the participant's NDIS goals, ensuring they have the tools and supports needed to live meaningful, fulfilling lives.

Reporting to the Clinical Team Leader, you will work closely with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create personalised therapy plans. You'll have the opportunity to specialise in areas such as Early Childhood Intervention (ECI), complex physical disability, or psychosocial disability, depending on your interest and experience. Your role is both clinical and supportive — balancing therapy delivery with education and capacity-building for participants, carers, and support staff.

This position requires current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist and a recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy. Experience within the disability, community health, or NDIS space is highly regarded, although new graduates with a passion for disability practice are encouraged to apply.

Essential requirements include AHPRA General Registration, a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid and CPR, and a valid driver's licence.
