We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Sushi Roll Maker to join our growing food production team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for preparing and assembling a variety of sushi rolls and Japanese-inspired finger foods with precision, consistency, and care. Whether you have previous sushi experience or a strong willingness to learn, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing sushi rice and fresh ingredients
  • Rolling and assembling sushi rolls with speed and accuracy
  • Cutting, packing, and labelling sushi products
  • Ensuring all items meet quality and presentation standards
  • Maintaining a clean, hygienic, and organised workstation
  • Supporting general kitchen duties as needed

About You:

  • Experience making sushi or working with Japanese cuisine (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong knife skills and attention to detail
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Food safety knowledge and good hygiene practices
