Due to continued growth and ongoing project success, Georgiou is seeking an experienced Production Loader Operator to support the Reid Highway Grade Separation Project, operating from a quarry based in Upper Swan.

The Opportunity

This role will see you operating a Komatsu WA500 Loader at a local quarry, loading semi-trailers with fill material for our Reid Highway project. You'll be part of a small, dedicated team working on consistent daily production targets.

What You'll Do

  • Load semi-trailers continuously throughout the day (approx. 3,000–4,000 tonnes per shift)
  • Operate a 980-size loader (Komatsu WA500) fitted with Loadrite scales
  • Work independently in a quarry environment (not on-site at Reid Highway)
  • Maintain accurate load records and equipment safety checks
  • Contribute to Georgiou's "Safety is My Way" culture

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Loader Operator in a quarry or bulk earthworks environment
  • Loadrite experience – essential
  • Proficiency operating large production loaders (e.g. Komatsu WA500 or equivalent)
  • High attention to safety and efficiency
  • Reliability, self-motivation and ability to work unsupervised

The Details

  • Location: Brajkovich Quarry, Great Northern Hwy, Upper Swan
  • Hours: 6:00am–4:00pm (Monday–Friday)
  • Duration: Approx. 12-month contract – ongoing work available
  • No FIFO/DIDO – you'll start and finish in the quarry daily
