Introduction:

Regis Resources is an ASX 200-listed Perth based gold production and exploration company with a proven management team and a successful track record of developing mid-sized gold operations. Regis is a purely Australian gold miner with significant open pit and underground operations, which includes the 100% owned Duketon Gold Project and a 30% ownership of the Tropicana Gold Project, both in Western Australia. In FY25, Regis expects to produce between 350 thousand and 380 thousand ounces of gold and has a current market capitalisation of nearly A$3.6 billion.

The current mine site locations are in the northeastern Goldfields of WA, with multiple mining operations both open pit and underground. The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Loader Operator, to join the Processing team at our Duketon Operations.

Reporting to the Processing Supervisor, you will work cooperatively with peers and management and have a strong desire to do things safely and efficiently. Your enthusiastic approach to problem solving, self-motivation and initiative to exceed expectations will ensure successful work outcomes for you and your team.

This is a site-based role, working on an 8:6/7:7 roster (day shift and night shift).

Description:

About the Role

Safely and competently operate the Front-end Loaders, including WA900, WA600 and WA250 (IT) loaders;

A national accredited excavator certificate would be highly regarded

Maintain housekeeping to a high and ongoing standard;

Ensure that all plant equipment is regularly checked for safe and efficient operation; and

Ensure that all plant data and information (loadrite) is accurately recorded on relevant pre-start and log sheets.

Skills and Experiences:

About You

Crushing and Front-end Loader experience (WA900 or equivalent);

Proven record of safe operating;

Process Technician experience an advantage;

Front end loader ticket; and

A current Australian Manual driver's licence.

4WD competency (certified) mandatory

Current Provide First Aid Certificate.
