Production Operator - Food Manufacturing

Heidelberg West, VIC

$32.31/hour | Casual ongoing (Temp to Perm)

Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 3:06pm

We're on the lookout for motivated and reliable Production Operators to join our busy food manufacturing facility in Heidelberg West. This is a hands-on role ideal for all-rounders looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

About the Role:

You'll be working across multiple areas including the packline, washroom, and prep room, helping to ensure high-quality food production every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate food production machinery for packing, cleaning, and ingredient assembly
  • Perform repetitive packing tasks with speed and accuracy
  • Mix ingredients and assist in the preparation process
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Collaborate with your team to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, food production, or machine operation (preferred)
  • Physically fit - able to lift up to 20kg and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Great attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
