The Role

As a Truck Driver with Dicandilos, you'll play a key role in the safe and timely delivery of goods throughout the metropolitan region. This is a hands-on position with consistent local routes – no overnight travel required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy vehicles to deliver goods across the Perth metro area
  • Minimum 1-2 years of heavy vehicle driving experience required
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery in accordance with road safety regulations
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance
  • Load and unload steel and other materials safely
  • Complete delivery paperwork, logs, and reports accurately
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
  • Follow all company safety protocols and procedures

What You'll Need

  • HR Driver's Licence (HC Licence is a bonus)
  • LF High Risk Licence
  • Good knowledge of Perth metro roads and routes
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience with steel deliveries is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Capable of lifting and moving heavy loads
  • Must be able to lift up to 20kg
  • Occasional bending, squatting, and reaching required
