Synergie is seeking a Forklift/ Reach Truck Driver for a packaging supply and distribution industry located in Burton.

About the Role

As a Truck Driver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring timely and professional delivery of goods to our clients. You'll operate company vehicles, maintain delivery schedules, and uphold our commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate company trucks for local and regional deliveriesLoad and unload stock as required (manual handling involved)Conduct pre-start and post-trip vehicle checksMaintain accurate delivery records and paperworkEnsure goods are delivered in excellent condition and on timeCommunicate effectively with warehouse staff and customersAdhere to all road rules, safety procedures, and company policies

What We're Looking For

Current valid HR or MR truck licenceProven experience driving medium to heavy rigid trucks (2+ years preferred)Excellent driving record and safety awarenessGood physical fitness – some manual handling is requiredPunctual, reliable, and able to work independentlyStrong communication and customer service skillsForklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
