Role Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representativeto complement our growing Service Department Administration Team.

This is a full-time Monday to Friday on-site role within the Automotive Industry located in the Limestone Coast, Mount Gambier, South Australia. As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle servicing and repair needs, informing customers of service requirements, and making recommendations based on the vehicle's condition adhering to company policy inline with manufacturer's guidelines. You will also assist to coordinate vehicle repairs, prepare estimates, and communicate repair timelines with customers, ensuring timely updates are provided while their vehicle is in our care.

Valued Skills and prior experience include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of success in customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to pay attention to detail and prioritize tasks in a busy environment
  • Proficiency with computer software and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation is complete and accurate

  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or complaints
  • Truck license is desirable
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required
  • A positive, friendly and professional attitude
