As a Member Service Officer, you'll proudly provide a customer experience that is second to none to our Members in our Mt Gambier Branch.

Your role will be to promote, recommend and refer banking and insurance products to meet the needs of our Members. You will join a fun, supportive and collaborative team environment, with a strong focus on professional development while creating a customer experience that is second to none. We know that work/life balance is important, so we offer stable hours across Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.15pm with an occasional rotating Saturday roster 8:45am - 11:45am.

Working directly with both new and existing Members, you will play a crucial role in Police Credit Union's overall success.

If you have a background in the Australian financial services, health insurance or general insurance sectors – even better FSRA Tier 2 and/or Tier 2 Insurance accreditation is a huge tick, however not a deal breaker, as on the job training is provided.
