Role Description

This is a full-time role for an OSHC Coordinator/Director, located in South East Melbourne with an OSHC Provider. The OSHC Coordinator/Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Out of School Hours Care program, including the supervision of staff, planning and implementing activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining a safe and engaging environment for children. The role also involves liaising with families, managing budgets, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing and supervising staff in an educational or childcare setting
  • Skills in planning, implementing, and evaluating activities for children
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in childcare
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with families and staff
  • Ability to manage budgets and maintain accurate records
  • Relevant qualifications in education, early childhood, or a related field
  • Experience in leadership and administrative roles is beneficial
  • A passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment
