Little Saints Early Education and Care is seeking experienced, confident and highly capable Lead Educators and Diploma-qualified Educators to join our dedicated team.

We are looking for professionals who bring more than just qualifications. We want educators who can lead practice with intent, nurture strong relationships with families, support newer team members and uphold the highest standards of quality, safety and learning.

This role is for educators who understand what exceeding practice looks like—and bring that standard into every room they enter.


What We're Looking For

  • ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in long day care (more preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and current early childhood theory
  • Proven experience leading rooms, guiding assistants and documenting learning with purpose
  • Confident communicator who works collaboratively with families and peers
  • Calm, professional presence in the room with children, colleagues and families
  • Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
  • Reflective, self-motivated and passionate about high-quality early education and care
