Little Saints Early Education and Care is seeking experienced, confident and highly capable Lead Educators and Diploma qualified Educators to join our dedicated team.

We are looking for professionals who bring more than just qualifications. We want educators who can lead practice with intent, nurture strong relationships with families, guide newer team members and uphold the highest standards of quality, safety and learning.

This is a role for educators who know what exceeding early childhood education looks like and who bring that standard into every room they enter.

What We're Looking For

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in long day care (more preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and current early childhood theory
  • Proven experience leading rooms, guiding assistants and documenting learning with purpose
  • Confident communicator who builds strong partnerships with families and works collaboratively with peers
  • Calm, professional presence in the room with children, colleagues and families
  • Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR and Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)
  • Reflective, self-motivated and passionate about high-quality education and care
