Libertine imports and exclusively represents some of the world's most prestigious fragrance houses, including Creed, Amouage, Xerjoff, Trudon, Santa Maria Novella, Memo, Montale, Mancera, and more. With dedicated national marketing, training, PR, and distribution channels, our brands are showcased with the highest integrity and awareness.

Our Sydney counter offers clients a luxury sensory journey, and we are seeking a Brand Ambassador who can deliver an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.

About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our portfolio, engaging customers with your passion for fragrance, product expertise, and outstanding service. You will:

  • Deliver detailed, personalised customer service.
  • Actively recruit and build a loyal client base.
  • Represent and protect the reputation of our luxury brands.
  • Drive sales and meet or exceed targets.

This casual position offers up to 36 hours per week, with weekend work and late-night trading required during key retail periods.

About You

  • Natural ability to engage and approach customers confidently.
  • Understanding of luxury retail environments and how to grow a brand presence.
