About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Settlements Coordinator
to join our Operations team on a
part-time
basis.

In this pivotal role, you will prepare settlement documentation and provide essential administrative support to our Site Managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient settlements process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review daily Pre-Settlements Scheduled Progress Reports
  • Prepare Settlement USBs and finalise Settlement packs
  • Prepare documentation for Certificate of Occupancy applications
  • Ensure all Compliance Certificates are received, saved, and tasks completed
  • Book and manage Settlement Appointments in the system
  • Build productive relationships with Burbank staff and suppliers
  • Provide reception relief as required
  • Complete and submit forms on behalf of Site Managers
  • Follow up on photos for Certifiers for Frame and Final Inspections
  • Check Contract Tenders for Provisional Sums and request reconciliation
  • Support Warranty and perform ad hoc admin duties as needed

  • Broad understanding of construction processes, terminology, and documentation
